In 2021, we provided free access to more than 16,000 LinkedIn Learning online courses for employees in all Trex offices and manufacturing sites. Our LinkedIn Learning Challenge encourages employees to take courses on a specific theme each month and awards prizes to participants.
Investing in tomorrow’s leaders is crucial to our future growth and success. We build employees’ leadership skills through mentoring programs and interactive courses. In addition, we provide internship opportunities for college graduates at the start of their careers.
